The Workplace Relations 101 webinar is the first of the three part webinar series. This webinar has been designed to provide you with an introduction to the workplace relation system including its organisations and the law and how to effectively manage employees across the “Employment Life Cycle” which encompasses:

• Engaging new employees: recruitment, selection & onboarding;
• Employee management: modern awards, employment contracts, conduct, capacity & performance issues; and
• Ending employment: giving effect to lawful dismissals.
